The below rules apply for all Stakes
Withdrawals within 7 days of trial will forfeit full entry fees, this rule also applies to the reserve list.
Withdrawals messages left on my mobile will NOT be accepted, you may withdraw by email, however! Until I have acknowledged your email you will be deemed to still be standing.
Those that entered by email must pay the full entry fees no later than 7 days before the actual trial date, if they are not received by that date your run will be offered to the next person on the reserve list.
It is always advisable to contact me on my land line and leave a clear message if I’m not available.
All trials meet at 8:45 am for a prompt 9:30 start, unless otherwise advised.
